Dr. Matthias Zana Naab Lobilo was Program Coordinator for the Democracy and Governance Program of the United Nations Development Program in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania but is now based in Kigali, Rwanda. He holds the PhD in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
Carrie Gruenloh is Democracy & Governance Specialist in USAID’s Office of Democracy and Governance. She holds the Masters degree in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh.
Renowned international social activist Graça Machel Mandela with Kuseni Dlamini, CEO of Old Mutual South Africa and Emerging Markets, attended the Old Mutual Staff volunteerism awards dinner. Accompanying them is Anthony Petersen (left), Amos Hadebe (back left) and Dr Pandelani Mathoma from Old Mutual.” Dr. Thomas P. Mathoma is the former Ambassador from South Africa to Mali and has served as Director of Research in the South African Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds the PhD in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
